We consult with new clients to find out what they want and what they think they need. By asking a number of questions about the project and the company, we're able to craft solutions that meet company goals and work for the client.
We'll research your business, your competitors and, most importantly, your customers.
During the development phase of a project we are in regular communication with the client. There is always a site for the client to look at and provide feedback on. We work with the client to create the website they need.
Once the website is near completion we test it on a number of different browsers on PC, Mac and mobile operating systems. We make sure everything works properly and that everyone can view the site.
Once all the testing has been completed we upload the site to the client's server, effectively "Going Live!" We then conduct a few more tests and iron out any bugs, if there are any, when they occur.
We provide two-weeks of free support once the site is launched. After the two week period we provide support on an hourly basis. Service contracts are available if requested.
